Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve current knowledge of industry standards and practices by completing mandatory case studies as required.
• Provide advanced insights to the business upon the project requirements, identifying the potential risk and recommending the resolution to avoid compliance issues and any other conflict with the quality standard.
• Meeting with management or customers to understand their requirements.
• Cooperating with Marketing Intelligence to develop key customer relationships in the supplier quality area for potential business opportunities.
• Discover the most suitable solutions for any problem at hand.
• Present a quality plan for the client’s strategic positioning with their top-level executives and high-level managers and prepares a written development and growth plan according to the client’s mission, vision, and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent organizational and exceptional communications skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.

• Linkou(New Taipei City, Taiwan)
• Huizhou & Kunshan(China)
