Description

• Develop, let, and implement quality programs (e.g., quality plans, policies, documentation, and process controls) to ensure our products and solutions meet ISO 9001/13485 qualification, industry standards, and customer expectations or requirements (e.g., customer product compliance certifications).
• Conduct internal audits on ISO 9001/13485 and ISO 14001.
• Conduct 5S methodology preparation and audit.
• Resolve quality issues promptly. Work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to conduct root cause analysis, provide feedback and solutions, and develop corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
• Monitor suppliers’ quality systems and programs. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Define process and procedure for internal teams. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
• Collect and analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Create weekly reports for customers and internal teams.
• Prepare customer audit assessment. Lead and support quality audits and inspections by customers, regulators, and certification bodies.
• Use process approach, such as CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), to reduce manufacturing process defects (e.g., non-conforming material, internal/customer complaints, or scrap).
  
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in quality inspection, auditing, or testing.
• Experience with corrective action program implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Project, and other Office tools/database.
• English level: full professional proficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Certified in quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement, six sigma, or lean manufacturing.
• Knowledge of QA tools, methodologies, regulations, and relevant requirements.
