JR45637 Quality Engineer

Responsibilities And Tasks

Work with site engineer team and FAC team and global collaborators (process and Equipment engineer, manufacturing engineer, Supplier quality engineer etc) to Drive for incoming material quality.

• Creating and continuously improve material incoming quality system/flow by working with relevant teams, participate in quality activities and interacting on Continuous Improvement projects.
• Serving as the site quality liaison for Partner groups and manufacturing areas, providing support for quality documentation, and developing relationships to collaboratively Generate new ideas and procedures to keep pace with industry standards and methods.
• Good knowledge on Front-End material such as Gas/Chemical…etc.
• Well skill on 8D, Problem Solving, Supplier Management.
• Good English communication, presenting and writing.
  
  

Job Function –

Material IQC rules/results governance and monitor.

Material defect analysis and continuous improvement.

SCM : Supplier Change Management

SQN : Supplier Quality Management/8D

IMRB : Incoming Material Review Board

IQC related documents/system maintenance

Operation training/certification

Others (Project, Task…etc)

In addition: Department cross function is required. (Such as SPC, QC skills...etc)

More About The Job

Develops, evaluates, revises, and applies technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process direct/in direct raw materials, production equipment, and new tech-node incoming materials. Ensures activities and items are in compliance with both company quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations. Performs analysis and identifies trends in the inspection of finished products, in-process materials and bulk raw materials, and recommends corrective actions when necessary. Ensures that established IQC inspection, sampling and statistical process control procedures are followed. May assure compliance to in-house and/or external specifications and standards, such as ISO regulations. Evaluates and analyzes the efforts in organizing, documenting, and interpreting inspection support documents and records.
