JR32617 Program Manager, Global Construction Line Planning

A Global Construction Line Planning Program Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the analytical duties related to Facility Utilities Planning Program, assisting in the planning and design of Facilities Construction and expansion projects. In this role you will be responsible for managing Micron Facility Utilities Consumption assessment process, analyzing facility future needs and Business Process alignment

Responsibilities

• Collect, classify, evaluate utilities data and information used in supporting the facilities utilities consumption management and capital program.
• Work with global IT and site representatives to ensure successful deployment of software used to model and estimate facilities capacity and modeling.
• Work with central teams and site representative to adhere to global business process in modeling and estimating facilities capacity.
• Work closely with teams from global and site facilities, global planning, Facilities Transfer Team, CPEE and IEs to coordinate and drive Facilities Utilities estimates for new Layout and technode scenarios.
• Utilize PDCA closed loop management review to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency
• Report program status, wins, issues, and actions to program sponsor for broadcasting to global leadership team and stakeholders
• Understand benchmarking landscape within Micron and outside, identify opportunities and drive improvements
• Drive network BKM sharing through network peers and PAC managers using globally aligned sharing platform
• Drive Network alignment among micron sites in Tools Utility Matrix Database
  
  

Requirements

• The Candidate Should Possess A BSc Or Beng in Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.
• Minimum 5 Years of Facility or Equipment Tool Management Experience in Semiconductor Manufacturing Environment required.
• Minimum of 2 years of project and/or program management experience desired.
• Excellent analytical skills with problem solving aptitude.
• Skills In Excel and Simple Code Writing Desired.
• Ability to integrate and work in a global multicultural team
• Great Leadership, Interpersonal Skills, and Team Building Spirit.
