• Manage monthly production volume requirements to meet order delivery deadlines.
• Plan and oversee the operations of production lines to increase capacity and reduce costs.
• Ensure the achievement of production goals and meet various production indicators.
• Oversee production process management, understand processing conditions, and ensure the quality of output aligns with factory specifications.
  

• At leaset 5 years of possess experience in engineering plastic processing plants or related industries.
• Familiarity with polyamide, ISO9001, and/or IATF16949 is advantageous.
• Moderate proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
