About Client

Our client is a world famous FMCG corporation with footprints across the globe, enjoying the year on year growth in the past decades, their products have been widely praised by the general public. To cope with the expansion, and to strengthen their internal talent pipeline, they are now seeking a Production Planning Manager to join their team

Scope Of Responsibilities

• Arranging supply plan of daily to quarterly production schedule and arrange OEM orders
• To adjust supply plan and schedule, if needed, with emergency orders and change request
• To oversee outsourcing co-packers’ packaging related activities per marketing and sales plan
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials and inventory control
• Oversee the status of material and product inventory and engage in regular communication with cross-departments
• Re-packing’s management for the high inventory items
• To train and to mentor team members to ensure internal talent development
• Other production planning related tasks

Desired Profile

• Bachelor degree of relating field within reputable universities
• At least 5 years of experience within reputable corporations
• At least 1 - 2 years in leading a team
• Familiar with SAP
• Good command in English reading and writing
