• Coordination of all Planning activities which includes the planning of; Finished Goods, semi-finished goods (cut filler, filters), and materials (NTM - nontobacco materials, leaf). Performing and optimizing short and long-term factory plans related to the manufacturing processes according to Global Planning Calendar and supporting APSP-related planning activities. Capacity analysis preparation in terms of production sequence optimization. Taking care of efficient NTM and FG stock levels at the factory. Responsible for the coordination of NPD processes acting as a link between all relevant functions internal as well as external

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Coordination of short and mid-term planning on a daily and monthly basis - including Capacity planning, daily detail scheduling support according to market requirements, planning data validation and maintaining accuracy, target FG inventory controlling, production reports maintenance, continuous support to Leaf/Tob/NTM/FG planners.
• Long-term planning - strategic 3 years horizon APSP capacity analysis performance related to the following objectives
• capacity overview
• machinery capabilities overview
• planned sourcing changes coordination
• MRP for Procurement negotiations
• Coordination of NTM and leaf requirements - short, mid, and long-term material planning support for the material planners, material requirements, and turnover analysis. Discuss with suppliers any supply or quality concerns highlighting major constraints to Global Procurement
• Coordinate all NPD (New Product Development) projects with internal and external stakeholders. Keeping markets informed of project status with regard to realistic launch dates, material orders, and potential write-offs.
• Ensure health and safety aspects at work and learn about potential hazards, know and maintain required control measures in order to keep the workplace healthy and safe. Ensure compliance with the JTI health and safety requirements associated with workplace hazards, comply with all applicable health and safety rules and procedures as well and cooperate on the continuous improvement process. Demonstrate safe behavior, report incidents and near misses to their supervisor, report identified unsafe conditions and behaviors to the supervisor, and carry out any measures to eliminate them.
• People management
• Taking responsibility for the performance and development of his/her employees, assigning tasks, evaluating their performance, and assisting skill development. Identify and develop Talents to ensure proper substitution matrixes to accommodate any future development and backups

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• University degree
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in Production Planning
• Experience in the analysis of production data
• Fluent command of English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
• Computer skills (MS Windows & MS Office - advanced Excel skills)
• SAP ERP/APO/IBP Systems and Power BI knowledge will be an advantage
