Description 1. Lead customization planning and execution to bring new initiatives and promotion to TW market. 2. Partnership with multi-functions and 3rd party logistics(3PL) to manage CPS and secure customization readiness. 3. Implement masterdata setting in system (SAP). 4. Verify cost and payment of customization labor. 5. Continuously optimize process and improve productivity.

Qualifications:1. Strong leadership and communication skill to partner with 3PL and multi-function teams. 2. Logical thinking and agility to solve problems. 3. Project management experience preferred. 4. Operation and supply planning experience preferred. This is important to note:
