About The Job It’s an exciting time to join Nordic Semiconductor as we continue our rapid growth while pursuing high ambitions with dedicated colleagues worldwide. The role is Product Reliability Engineer  for Nordic and offers the right candidate a unique opportunity to influence and create value from day one. The position will be responsible for planning and managing reliability qualification plans and engineering support for release-to-production of Nordic Semiconductor’s products.Key Responsibilities 

• Develop new statistical drift analysis method for reliability margin characterization and test spec. revisions.
• Drive the EFA and PFA plan and find the root cause for qualification failures.
• Configure/review adequate reliability test conditions, such as Silicon, Package and board-level qualifications.
• Manage reliability test progress and handle excursions.
• Cross-functional coordination with related resources and stakeholders, eg. Product Engineering, Test Engineering, IC developers, suppliers etc.
• Review and analyze reliability test data, mostly will be ATE data logs

Qualifications And Skills 

• C+ based test program coding experience is preferred.
• PCB schematic and layout experience is a plus.
• Familiar with semiconductor process from wafer start to CP.
• Familiar with QFN and CSP packaging structure and popular failure modes
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus
• 3-year experience in the semiconductor-related work
• The ability to navigate in a global matrix organization  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
