Product Marketing Manager

Job Description:

The position is liaison between Arrow’s suppliers and Arrow sales team. The main purpose of the position is to develop, grow and leverage the influential supplier relationships to negotiate competitive pricing and availability, to increase sales and gross profit dollars for all regions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Responsible for Product Marketing for Japanese product lines
• Build a strong supplier relationship for joint business growth in target area
• Define and executive marketing strategies
• Liaise with colleagues for common business goal
• Demand creation.
• New business development.
• Arrange meetings via webcast, phone or in person to drive and increase market share.
• Learns the process of returns, quotes, delivery, pricing and special restrictions.
• Identifies manufacturing problems to resolve delivery response issues and utilizes management’s help when necessary. Investigates price anomalies across all regions and works to maintain price stability.
• Works with management to overcome obstacles within a supplier. Prioritize and adjust to changing markets, customer demands and supplier changes.
• Offers competitive solutions. Follows up with sales daily quotes.
  
  

What We Are Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or above in related discipline
• 6 years or above relevant experience, preferably in product management, marketing, sales or purchasing roles in electronic component or semiconductor industry
• Knowledge on electronic component
• Experience in working for a Japanese company or handling business with Japanese companies
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Japanese would be a plus
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.
• Enthusiastic, driven, energetic & motivated; Aggressive personality.
