Overview

TXOne Networks is looking for an experienced networking Product Manager. You will work with engineering, marketing, customer and internal support organizations to create and define networking solutions . This position is ideal for an experienced product manager with a strong track record in delivering innovative industrial network products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and product management
  • Lead and manage project delivery.
  • Experience with running managing projects - assist in the planning of projects requirements, managing product backlogs and versions according to development methodologies.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define product requirements and spec.
  • Delivering PRDs (Product Requirements Definition) and detailed SRSs (Software Requirements Specifications) with prioritized features of networking products.
  • Collecting, prioritizing and communicating product requirements and managing the release of contents.

    • Qualifications

  • Proven Product Management experience with a strong focus on product planning and product design.
  • Proven experience in object-oriented analysis, design, and software development.
  • Effective organization, product management, and coordination.
  • Rich experience to handle networking product development.
  • Ability to write clear technical requirements and design documents.
  • Ability to communicate comfortably in English and Mandarin.
  • 5 year+ experience in the following positions: 1) Hands-on experience of networking architecture and features; 2) Understanding networking security (plus); 3) Knowledge and understanding of IT/OT industry environment (Plus)
  • Ability to track and resolve technical issues.
  • Overseas travel may be required.
