The Role

Our team is looking to meet a talented product manager located in Taiwan with knowledge of the semiconductor chemical supply or end-user market to drive the development of commercial liquid filtration and purification technologies. These advanced products support our customers who are building the most advanced semiconductor applications in the world. With the fast pace of innovations in semiconductors, you must be able to manage multiple diverse and complex projects with often changing scopes and customer timelines. An ideal candidate should be able to adapt to changing market conditions quickly and often. This position will allow you to collaborate, develop, share and learn in a team setting that partners closely with our customers.

In the role you will

• Leads product life cycle management, managing existing products pricing and quality/OTD, rationalization of Product Line to drive portfolio profitability.
• Serves as key liaison with operations, procurement, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, for existing and new product(s).
• Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data gathered from various sources, including competition, to inform product decisions.
• Develops product roadmap and clearly articulate to internal support functions (product engineering, operations, and R&D) to drive new product development.
• Develops product positioning and messaging and ensures it is implemented throughout all the customer and sales facing material.
• Delivers the operating plan: achievement of growth objectives including market share, revenue, profit and return on investment for all the channels/categories of business and/or key customers.
• Responsible for managing and implementing marketing activities through research, strategic planning, and implementation.
• Know customer needs through customer engagement, effective communication with sales and field applications team, research and market data and appraises new ideas for market viability.

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Material Science or related field. MS, MBA or marketing experience preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and experience

Additional traits that would beneficial, but not necessary for this position include:

• 2+ years of product management or business experience
• Semiconductor FAB or chemical supplier experience
