• Perform customer-site installation and acceptance testing of newly delivered systems under varying circumstances, delivering high quality installations/upgrades of KLA products.
• Perform customer-site retrofit and model changes for previously installed systems
• Conduct site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and hand-off of products
• Serve as customer contact on Technical and Service-related matters
• Perform or ensure the completion of all activities required to handoff a KLA tool that meets and exceeds customers’ expectations. activities include site surveys, pre-installation, installation, troubleshooting, acceptance, training and handoff of the products while applying KLA Best Known Methods at customer sites.
• Require high flexibility, adaptability and autonomy due to the job includes ~50% travel oversea.
