• Experience to lead project / team to improve Quality or Production performance.
• Work with other function to improve attributes by leading specific project.
• Project management skill (Schedule, Resources, Cost and Priority to achieve Goal).
• Provide day-to-day problem solving support to production, development and research operations.
• Identify root causes, provide trouble solving and also corrective actions to response process/equipment issues.
• Function as a team member or team leader on focused projects.
• To manage data analysis and reporting on process and other engineering activities (experiment, development…etc.).
• To support process development and production optimization.
• To assure quality and reliability of process and production.
• Co-work with other departments/division for process and equipment improvement.
• Support new technology migration through equipment installation, process optimization and documentations.
• Develop knowledge of material, process and equipment in focused areas of manufacturing or engineering.
  

• BS Engineering degree or above and mechanical engineering is a plus
• 3 years or above experience in process improvement
• On current position for 2 years or above.
• Project Skills DMAIC with process data collection and controls.
• Good VBA skill and presentation skill.
• Familiar with Process design, selection, purchase, start-up, and debug.
• Good communication, coordination, and follow-up ability.
• Good English proficiency in writing, listening and speaking and TOEIC 550 is a plus
