Job Description

• Support next generation Pyralux and Adhesive offering, related technologies & materials for CCL (Copper Clad Laminate).
• Develop understanding in polymer blending, mixing, dispersion process via internal and external manufacturing sites.
• Identify customer needs and critical-to-quality terms to strength R&D functions.
• Investigate lab to scale up process for new product development.
• Assists in research efforts to improve existing products or create new applications.
• Support on manufacturing technology development to speed up product commercialization.
• Provide training to technician and sales representative.
  

Job Qualifications

• MSc degree is required in Polymer chemistry/Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Material Science.
• Experience in polymer/oligomer science is required.
• Experience in polymer processing is required.
• Experience in dispersion or interface chemistry is a plus.
• Experience in formulation development, DOE experience and industrial-working is a plus
• Ability to work and communicate effectively within the organization.
• Independent researcher, as well as team work is required.
• Fluent in English & Mandarin.
• Good computer proficiency.
• Be able for travel to US and within Asia.
