1.Coordinate new product development from initial design phase to full production release.

2.Resolve development issue at wafer fab, assembly, and test to ensure on time delivery.

3.Initiates and drives improvements on yield, quality, and product performance.

4.Lead improvement activities through collaboration with design, test, application, and wafer fab engineers.

5.Perform data analysis, yield enhancement, product cost reduction and device qualification.

1.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a technical field.

2.10+ years of experience in semiconductor or electronic industrial.

3.Demonstrated ability to take new product designs through development into production.

4.Ability to perform new product debug with design, application, fab, and test engineering.

5.Possess strong statistical data analysis skills and experience with quality management tools.

6.Good understanding electrical circuits, IC fabrication and semiconductor device physics.

7.Knowledge in Port controller/Re-timer/TCON products preferred.

8.Good verbal and written skills in English.
