  • Responsible for onsite customer service and support of FFI products
  • Manage field escalation to provide quick solutions through execution of DOE’s and/or leading engineering work and driving effective, timely communication with customers
  • Compile and maintain the database of product performance at field
  • Support day to day operations of service center for providing timely support to customers
  • Identify opportunity and provide innovative solutions to improve customer’s overall use of the FFI products
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related degree
  • Min 6-10 years test engineering in semiconductor and/or application engineering in Automated Test Equipment (ATE) company or semiconductor capital equipment.
  • Experience in customer service and support
  • Excellent customer managements and interface skills
  • Ability to present technical information in a dynamic, detailed, and credible way
  • Willing to work in clean room environment
