Summary:The PMO Software Engineering is responsible for the Project Management Office of the CIM project deployment.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Project Management Procedure & Guidance setup, including the overall project management life cycle.
• Support global project managers for the project deployment and compliance, on the schedule/milestone/cost/quality..etc. and be in charge of the project review.
• Project plan review, progress forecast and revenue forecast.
• Global deployment resource planning and coordination.
• Pre-sales tasks support – Review the Project proposal, SOW and Profit&Loss evaluation. Clarification of the project scope definition.

Performance Characteristics:

• Frequently writing, listening, speaking in English and Mandarin.
• Project Management experiences (10 year+). PMP certification is a plus.
• CIM project deployment experience in semiconductor industry.
• Familiar with MS-office, power point, excel and project for data analysis, proposal preparation and present.
• Resource planning of software development & deployment industry.

Special Requirements:

• Computer, Electronics & Industry bachelor’s degree or MBA with Information system background.
• Preferred to have working experience in semiconductor industry or semiconductor knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Travel could be up to 50% of the working time.
