Purpose of the Position:

• Managing finance team and overseeing accounting activities in monthly financial closing, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting for plant.

Responsibilities:

• Managing accounting and tax operations

•Hiring, staffing, and managing finance team

•Managing product costing operations.

•Maintaining effective internal controls.

•Delivering internal and external financial and management reports.

Education& Experience:

• Minimum 5 years managerial experience in manufacturing or CPA firms.

• Bachelor’s degree or above. CPA preferred.

• ERP system implementation experience preferred.

Required Skills:

•Solid general ledger and cost accounting skills.

•Strong analytical skills.

•Excellent communication skills.

•Strong IT skills.
