As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It’s your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for Global Capacity Delivery (GCD) planning, execution, and monitoring of operations programs and initiatives. This includes work to influence cross-functional teams at the site developing and implementing operational plans, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and foster a sense of local community and culture. You will act as a trusted partner to GCD Taiwan functional leads and managers and working together on cross-functional project planning and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Taiwan GCD operational plans, metrics and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Manage operational budgets across the various functional teams.
• Drive strategy priorities by tracking progress and making data informed decisions to align with organization-wide objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end execution of strategic site programs by identifying opportunities that improve processes and the team member experience.
• Coordinate, collaborate and influence cross-functional teams within the site. Bring cross-functional team members together with quarterly/bi-annual events.
• Provide orientation to assist them for better navigation.
