Essential Duties And Responsibilities

85% PV Critical Services: Interfacing w/ Management, Leads, and TE’s. Digging in to

• understand status and requirements
•  JDS Tools Admin (Bugzilla, JIRA, TestRail). Facing to 3rd party vendors, JDS executive
• team, JDS execution team and BU/CTO
•  Tools& Automation Roadmap Management
•  JDS MaAP Demystification
•  PV Contracted Service Company Management
•  Contract Staffing Assignments, Monitoring, and Resource Planning
•  Defect Compliance Reviews
•  PV Budget Planning Owner
•  Resource Tracking and Management
•  MaAP Project Monitoring (Audit) and Management
  
  

15% Operation Services:

• Equipment Purchasing
• Regularly Inventory Check
• Lab Management Process Define and Maintain
• Payment Management
• Meeting organizer
• Material shipping coordinator. (Knowing the Customs Clearance regulations is a plus)
• Assist on site Operation Team
  
  

Job Qualifications

KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS

•  2~3 years of operation experience
•  Willing to collaborate cross the entire organization
•  Good communication in both Chinese and English
•  Comprehensive Thinking
•  Flexible and resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, adaptable to a rapidly-change environment and open to new concepts and/or processes
