Job Purpose/Objective:

• Support corporate rebranding project by lead official site and mobile app migration work stream.
• Able to deliver and execute business strategic plan to fulfill stakeholders and customers’ need.
• Cooperate with business users, IT, and venders to build up a smooth customer orientated website and mobile app.
• Manage and deep dive customer insights through digital tools, include but not limited to Google analytics to enhance customer experience.
• Manage website and mobile app daily operation and able to solve/identify issues with related parties.

Education and Other Requirements:

• Familiar with SEO, Google analytics and Google Firebase.
• Creative and sensitive, passionate in drive insights from facts and logic thinking and agile.
• Good problem solving, planning and analytical skills.
• Highly developed project management skills and able to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent organizing, Strategic thinking, target and detail oriented.
• Able to work independently and passionate to learn new things.
• Have experience on digital platform revamped and project management is preferred.
• Experienced in financial industry is a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skill in English & Chinese
