Key Responsibilities:

  • Led the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and providing necessary resources for a seamless integration into the company.
  • Office suppliers’ management, vendors management.
  • Office daily expenses management, support admin related expense reimbursement and payment process, including but not limited on office expense and other related tasks.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in English, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors.
  • Min 1 years of administrative/ Assistant working experience.
  • Fluent speaking and good commands in reading & written English.
  • Proficient in computer and OFFICE software.
