JR45993 OCT Photo Integration Engineer

As an Operation Central Team (OCT) Photo Integration engineer you will be responsible for equipment and process based BKM sharing and optimization for PWF (post wafer finish) operations excellence. Partnership with internal customers (back end) and front end engineering teams together with supplier engagement is critical to success.

You’re required to understand Industry Benchmarking in Photo post wafer finish and advanced interconnect equipment and processes.

This position requires interfacing with PEE Groups, Technology Development, HVM Sites, Corp IT, Fab4/15 TD, SMAI, PWF and Back end teams and as well as interaction with equipment suppliers to drive area manufacturing issues forward. You must be willing and capable of effective collaboration with manufacturing sites, TD, Procurement, Quality Engineering, other OCT departments, and external Suppliers to accomplish your objectives.

Responsibilities And Tasks Include But Are Not Limited To

Program Management

  • Prioritize and lead multiple projects based on Fab and corporate objectives
  • Move projects optimally through project lifecycle – definition, planning, implementation, acceptance, and review
  • Empower partners and all project team members to take ownership of project and its successes
  • Lead priorities and improvements to enhance business processes and existing systems that are global in nature
  • Select the best candidates for project teams and define partner teams
  • Define metrics to gauge project success
  • Maintain a portfolio of projects that improves return on investment for the program and supports the Central Team and Corporate roadmaps

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop MRM (manufacturing roadmap) for PWF back end productivity and cost excellence
  • Leverage front end manufacturing best practices to optimize PWF quality and productivity

Communication

  • Maintain a strong and open relationship with peer group and appropriate team members in other functional areas
  • Promote worldwide sharing and transfer of area-specific domain knowledge
  • Communicate and respond to issues in a timely manner, with a cadence appropriate to the priority of the issue
  • Keep collaborators and team members informed of project status, progress, and roadblocks/opportunities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors or master’s degree in Engineering
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience working as a Photo Process/Scanner Senior Engineer
  • Eligibility GJS : E4 above
  • Good understanding of the following is essential:
    • Micron PHOTO area’s automation, host and scheduling system
    • Strong Process knowledge on DRAM or 3D NAND
    • Overlay Trouble shooting experience will be a good advantage
    • Hands on data analysis and simulation using existing Micron tooling and third-party software tools
