Key Responsibilities:
Compliance
- Coach employees on production/Packaging process, SOP and cGMP.
- Ensures compliance with all production & housekeeping requirements.
- To ensure the products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain that required quality.
- To approve the instructions relating to production operations and to ensure their strict implementation.
- Partners with the Quality, Technology and Operations personnel assigned to the cell to investigate manufacturing Incidents to apply tools such as CAPA to eliminate root cause in investigating.
- To ensure that the production records are evaluated and signed by an authorized person before they are sent to the Quality Assurance Department
- Ensure Timely execution of weekly schedule for their responsibility area.
- Implements shop floor practices to continuously improve throughput time.
- To check the maintenance of the production department, premises and equipment this is conducted by ENG.
- Cooperate with TS to ensure that the appropriate validations are done.
- To ensure that the required initial and continuing training of Production department personnel is carried out and adapted according to need.
- Ensure the production is executed flawlessly.
- Own Packaging Eco-system and make sure team follow the system to run the operation
- Leads the Quality, Technology and Operations personnel assigned to the cell to improve yields, and/or equipment/labor efficiency.
- Applies tools like OEE, LEAN/6 Sigma to continuously improve routings and cost standards.
- Identifies and implements significant improvement opportunities across shifts and teams
- All GSK people-managers play an important role in ensuring EHS compliance. As part of their supervisory role, with respect to their areas of responsibility, managers are responsible for:
- Ensuring that all applicable EHS Standards and regulatory requirements are implemented through suitable programs and procedures, documented where necessary.
- Ensuring that events with significant potential or actual compliance and/or EHS impact are reported to the Global EHS function, through the designated “Immediate Reporting” system or other suitable method Providing organization, leadership and supervision of EHS risk control activities.Ensuring EHS risk from all sources is assessed and managed, including ensuring that workplaces at third party hosts (e.g., research institutions) have been assessed and determined to be acceptable prior to assignment.
- Ensuring EHS information, instruction and training is provided.
- Where GSK’s business activities potentially impact third parties (for example, contractors working at GSK facilities, contract manufacturers, and local communities that host GSK facilities), ensuring (with support from EHS Advisors) that the EHS risks to those third parties are understood and appropriately controlled.
- Understanding the EHS requirements
- Reporting to their managers or local EHS function: injuries and illnesses at work, or any other issues that could potentially impact the environment, health or safety.
- Raising compliance concerns to their manager, Local EHS.
- Bachelor’s degree above, prefer in Engineering, Pharmacia and Science related filed.
- Related SOPs.
- Problem Solving Skill
- People Management
- Cross Function Communication
- People management or leadership experience at least for 1 years
- Ability to execute pharmaceutical processes and to design related SOPs
- Understanding of cGMP and Safety regulations
- English writing and speaking ability.
