Day To Day Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leadership on developing and deploy global workforce, talent planning actions through recruitment, employee development, retention and talent management
  • HR business partner with leaders, support for staffing needs, comp analysis, employee relation investigations, coaching and day-to-day questions.
  • Prioritize current and future talent requirements of client group to achieve business objectives.
  • Explore and improve work culture with work life balance (Climate Survey action plan).
  • Play a key role in the diversity, equity and inclusion base on Value the Individual
  • Bring forth recommendations of new ideas or expanding current HR or business programs that support the development of employees.
  • Build knowledge on organizational design process and work with HR peers to identify potential organizational design improvements to support our changing business environment for optimal performance
Required Skills
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources, with good generalist experience.
  • Able to understand/provide solution for talent strategy with good partnership mindset
  • Basic Project management skills and practices, demonstrates process orientation
  • Proactive. Passionate with good curiosity
  • Balance multiple priorities- able to juggle multiple programs and employee needs
  • Strong computer skills and analytical skill set, must be tech savvy and be able to build and manipulate excel spreadsheets, have experience with communicating through PowerPoint presentations

  • Previous HR experience in engineering, technology and manufacturing or similar nature
