Who We Are Looking For

Materials are key to Innovation and Product Excellence. We have built a new, unified Materials Sourcing and Manufacturing (MSM) organization which will transform our material capabilities, teams, and processes and accelerate our vision to serve every athlete*! We are in need of a new analyst who will play a crucial role on the materials operations excellence offense.

In this role, you will utilize leading edge technology and tools to drive automation and optimization of operations across product engines and achieve data quality through drive continuous improvement. This teammate must lead with curiosity and obsess about driving operational efficiencies while exhibiting high emotional intelligence.

What You Will Work On

As the Materials Operations Excellence Analyst, you will be supporting modernization and maintenance of operational reports. You will also provide analytics and process support as new capabilities such as elevated Partner Management, Material Management, Material Planning, Sourcing, Costing, and Integrity are stood up across the materials supply chain. You must leverage strong analytical skills to pull out key insights and help shape the strategies that complement key transformational initiatives. Collaboration across a broad network of stakeholders will be key to success.

Who You Will Work With

You will work closely with the functional and product engine leaders in Materials Sourcing & Manufacturing and our business partners across NIKE’s Asia manufacturing base and world headquarters functions such as Global Sourcing and Manufacturing, Technology. WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Operations Research or related field of study
• Some experience in Manufacturing, Analytics, Business, Engineering or Technology
• Experience in data quality root cause analysis, resolution, and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes
• Excel, visualization software (Tableau), analytics and programming (Alteryx, Python, Java, etc.) skills
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills with a demonstrated ability to network, influence, and inspire
