OBJECTIVES

1. To create demand for Maserati vehicle through organized and effective communication messages and marketing campaigns.

2. Have in-depth knowledge of Taiwan luxury car market and know how to best introduce the Maserati brand and next-generation products into the market.

3. Knowing the marketing principles, market analysis, and Marcom techniques to create a marketing communication sequence that leads to sales.

4. With the ability to generate sales tools to fulfill salespeople’s need to get and knowing the points to emphasize so that the sales transaction can be more successful.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Market research and competitive intelligence analysis (30%):

- Deep understanding of Taiwan luxury and premium car industry and the competitive situation.

- To analyze sales data and industry information and then to outline the product positioning which articulates the value proposition.

- To generate regular market research and intelligence reports to enhance the decision-making process and action plans for stakeholders

2. Development of product marketing plan, materials, and sales tools (30%):

- With comprehensive product knowledge and communication disciplines to work with team leader and peers to develop the product marketing strategies and plans (product roadmap, advertising, and launching plan)

- Understanding the core value of Maserati brand and products, further translating and applying the Headquarters’ materials to all forms of communications in the Taiwan market.

- Working with Marcom people to plan and generate/ create marketing materials, such as brochures, POSM, silent salesman, etc.

3. Digital and content AD marketing development (30%):

- Inbound marketing strategies to enhance Maserati brand image and online presence through the creation and dissemination of multimedia contents

- Design content marketing strategies and produce high-quality content by collaborating with marketing peers and 3rd party agencies.

- To generate ideas to increase customer and clients’ engagements and to ensure a strong web presence on various digital channels, such as Facebook, Instagram, Maserati App, etc.

4. National events support and special project initialing (10%):

- To assist the marketing team to host Maserati events and campaigns across Taiwan.

- National events support on targeting and results in monitoring, as well as preparing final management report.

- Understand the importance of KPIs and communicate, track the commercial impact to drive business development.
