Job Description

As an Analyst at NIQ Taipei, you can help our CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) retailers understand the answers to these critical business questions and advise on their strategies going forward.

About This Job

You will be an integral part of the Customer Success (CS) team that serves as a key link between NIQ and our CPG business partners. With our client-centric approach, the CS team strives to consistently create the best customer experience with our proprietary advanced analytical tools and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze retail measurement and other NIQ data sets and deliver insights to CS teams and clients for assigned categories
  • Create reports and templates for NIQ CS teams and clients to use while managing projects independently
  • Provide support to clients by responding to ad-hoc data requests, answering questions, training, and providing analysis
  • Work closely with your manager to assist in the analysis and preparation of client deliverables and answer client questions
  • Develop mastery of propriety NIQ tools and metrics, which you will use to help solve your client’s most pressing business questions
  • Simplify data into a compelling story that will be presented to clients and used by industry leaders to set strategy
  • Be the voice of the consumer by keeping our clients at the forefront of industry trends

A Little About You

You are someone who possesses an energetic, curious mindset and never be afraid to challenge conventional wisdom. Your positivity and proactive approach mean that you are always dependable as a team player but also willing to step up to lead when needed. Most importantly you have the desire to be open-minded and embrace innovation in this ever-changing business environment.

Remote-based role, must be physically located within Taiwan and the candidate must be a Country/Region Resident.

Qualifications

  • University graduate in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or equivalent disciplines
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in Market Research or relevant industry. However, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Advanced analytical skills, with an ability to interpret and present actionable insights through storytelling
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides
  • Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken Mandarin and English
