Introduction

Introduction to the job
  • Global Repair Center (GRC) in Linkou Factory as part of Global Reuse is responsible for the re-use of products, tools & packaging materials to reduce costs and eliminate wastes.
  • Build up the competencies and knowledge on reconditioning, executes reconditioning activities, learns from reconditioned products and enable the feedback loop to new designs.
  • The re-use potential products, tools and packing are related to ASML different types of machines (MPS, DUV, EUV, YS etc….).
Role And Responsibilities
  • Meet manufacturing requirements from demand forecast.
  • Join re-use evaluation with triage engineer for re-use potential products, tools and packing materials.
  • Repair and re-assembly the re-use products, tools and packing to quality standard.
  • Cooperate with triage engineer to assess the re-use capability and business case.
  • Trouble-shooting in the process of repair and re-assembly to come up the solutions for different problems.
  • Take business trips to support repair request worldwide if necessary (less than 10% each year).
Education And Experience
  • Bachelor/Master in Engineering is required.
  • Freshman is acceptable, 2-3 years reconditioning work experience is preferred.
  • Experience of circuit board and optical region is plus.

Other Information
  • In the job as an Assembly engineer you will be participating in a small team of similar roles. You will be working closely together with the execution team of ASSY engineers and your counterparts within PE, Logistics, and other production lines. You will be reporting to the TL of GRC.
  • Candidates are expected to have leadership potential and behavior as the job offers many career develop opportunities in ASML.
  • Stability is also taken into consideration, since this position requires considerable training resources to foster ASML production.
  • Language : Good in English.
