Primary Purpose

Description

Product validation & Validation Lab management.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage and manoeuvre Lab validation quality process & system, ambition on continuous improving Lab standard procedure, test method, test techniques and capability.
• Responsible for the continuous improvements of the assigned product process platforms.
• Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and coordinate cross function team.
• Planning & evaluate customer test scope requirement for Validation Lab test procedure in time
• Lab Instrument calibration, maintaining, new equipment survey and procurement.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
  

Scope

Position for product validation and to support new product process development. In charge of new and existing products that meet or exceed customer test requirement expectations. Support Engineering on all projects and product management in development to solid and practical validation activities management.

Required

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in applied physics, Mechanical, Electrical engineering, or material sciences.

Preferred

Master’s degree

Required

WORK EXPERIENCE:

10+ years product validation engineering and management

Preferred

Server, Hyperscale, Networking Industries background.

Required

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

• Familiar with validation instruments operation and process coaching ability. (MicroVu, Instron, EMI ReverB, Thermal Chamber, Thermal Shock, Tension Test, LLCR, Aging, Humidity Test, etc.)
• Experimental data analysis & Design of experiments (DOE) capability
• DFMEA/PFMEA analysis capability
• Certificate of CQE、CQT、CRE、CQM、6SSBB will be a plus
• Planning, scheduling & risk analysis, and mitigation experience
• Good inter departmental coordination ability
• Good verbal and written skills for exchange of information in a clear and concise manner.
