• Lead and manage Sustaining Program Managers and PDM team to ensure team alignment, execution, and employee development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners in aligning strategy and requirements to support program development and corporate project requirements.
• Provide Sustaining Program Management and PDM Program Support to align with PORs.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget for post-GA component qualifications.
• Ensure processes/procedures are being followed and maintained.
• Release new processes/procedures and capture metrics data on a quarterly basis.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure Agile, Oracle and Salesforce data integrity.

• Cost Reduction / Revenue Enablement from alternate sourcing
• ECO cycle time/accuracy
• Product Lifecycle Change (ISCR) cycle time/accuracy

• Knowledgeable in Sustaining Product Life Cycle and Product Documentation Management principles.
• Strong management skills and ability to work in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
• Deep understanding of process development and management.
• Experience with Agile, Oracle and Salesforce.
• Detail-oriented, analytical skills.
• Communication Skills, business acumen, teamwork.
• Previous integration experience preferred.
