• Lead the customer service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Oversee Customer order entry, verification, management, and coordination to ensure timely processing of customer orders.
• Provide solutions to properly handle complex customer complaint cases.
• Review SOP to Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain customer service performance metrics and deliver reports to upper management.
• Manage customer satisfaction letters and respond to emails from consumers.
