About the role

ALP, an innovative company specializing in logistic property development. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced MIS Manager to be responsible for the management and maintenance of network terminal equipment, and you must have a set of principles and beliefs regarding cybersecurity management and ollaborate with cross-functional teams on important projects.

Job Responsibilities

What you’ll do

• Collaborate on the operation and maintenance of collaboration platforms (Microsoft / Office 365).
• Manage and maintain user terminal equipment.
• Handle matters related to office software licensing installation, distribution, and deployment.
• Handle matters related to information service application forms, including acceptance, distribution, and record-keeping.
• Handle matters related to change application and processing record forms, including acceptance, distribution, and record-keeping.
• Manage domain name authorization settings and renewal operations.
• Maintain software and hardware contracts and manage billing operations.
• Collaborate on project progress management.
• Handle tasks assigned by supervisors.

Essential and Functional Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree or above in information technology or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Intermediate level of English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, Linux.
• Proficiency in managing Microsoft M365 (O365) collaboration platforms.
• Experience in PC repair and network troubleshooting.
