Responsibilities

We are looking for a legal counsel who is a team player and will be able to collaborate with other teams in various business transactions or corporate projects, and advise other functions on a range of legal matters.

The role will drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements, contracts and other documents and related commercial matters of varying levels of complexity involving risk exposures. This role will interface with other business or operation team members for providing ongoing legal consulting and contract interpretation, so a legal counsel with a good commercial mindset and an interest in working in a collaborative team environment is essential.

The role also provides regulatory advice on Moxa’s operations, as well as day-to-day business, and shall be capable of conducting in-depth legal research in an effective manner. The role will be expected to find opportunities for and implement process improvements; administer and resolve legal issues that arise in existing operations or commercial relationships; and handle pre-litigation legal disputes and inquiries.

Qualifications

• Education: JD, LLM, LLB or equivalent law degree
• Professional Certificates/Licenses:

1. A US Bar certificate or Taiwan Attorney License is highly preferred

2. TOEIC: 850 above

• Experience:

1.At least 6 years legal experiences (in house or within law firms) in technology industry

2.International experiences either through working with a global firm, global corporation

or overseas work experience

3.Strong commercial negotiation and drafting skills

4.Sufficient legal research ability

• Language :Good at Chinese and English writing, listening and speaking
