Job Description

KLA is looking for high energy interns for several exciting projects to support Global Service Support (GSS) team. This position provides a unique opportunity to learn about our CSE work and life in semiconductor industry. Specifically, this position offers an opportunity to learn the operation of SAP Customer Relationship Management(CRM) Field Service Report(FSR), semiconductor critical parts management system and KLA metrology/inspection tools, and also have the opportunities to be involved in the project team and learn how to engage and teamwork. You will be working in a team environment and collaborating with engineers and other interns from different fields.

Duration: 1 year as intern project with part-time commitment

Responsibilities:

  • Support SAP CRM system data and parts management. Ensure the data and process are timely, smooth and well-coordinated.
  • Support data analysis and provide creative and innovative ideas to enhance data collation and showcase.
  • Be a member of the project team to come up with data-based optimization plan to improve process efficiency and quality.
  • Engage, communicate, and collaborate with Service Managers/Engineers, collect and consolidate user feedback, and provide with valuable insights.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors

Qualifications:

  • Graduate and undergraduate students with major in Engineering, Science, Data Analysis or related fields
  • Capable of spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge and concept of index and data analysis
  • Experience in SAP CRM is preferred
  • Energetic, passionate to learn and team work characteristic
