[工作概述]
維護和管理公司內部網路系統，電腦與相關設備。對硬體，軟體和網路問題進行故障排除，並確保所有電腦操作都能正常運行。

[工作職責]
‧ 協助公司同事處理日常電腦相關問題與主管交辦事項，完成工作目標與任務已符合公司的政策、目標。
‧ 配置和維護IT基礎建置，網路與電腦系統，包含硬體（防火牆，網路交換機，Wi-Fi AP，服務器等）和系統軟體。
‧ 部署/設置/回收所有網絡基礎建置相關作業。
‧ 提升/尋找/提供自動化的軟體與解決網路問題並加強基礎網路建置的完整性。
‧ 研究/調查/故障排除所有網路相關軟體/硬體的問題。
‧ 系統性能狀況的監控，以確保能順利，安全地運行。
‧ 研究或提出各種新的解決方案以加強IT基礎建設與電腦系統。
‧ 文件撰寫，技術支援與教育訓練等。

[Job Overview]
As a networking and system administration engineer, this is an internal support role to maintain and administer company’s networked systems, computers. Troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issues, and ensuring that all computing operations run normally.

[資格條件]

‧ 至少3年或以上的網路管理，系統管理相關經驗。

‧ 熟悉網路系統和技能（防火牆，網路交換機，Wi-Fi AP，LAN，WAN等）。 ‧ 具有Microsoft Windows作業平台（Windows Server 2019，Window-10，MS-Office等）的相關工作知識和經驗。

‧ 具有網路相關領域的IT證照，Microsoft系統管理相關證照者尤佳。 ‧ 具有Microsoft O365技能和經驗（Exchange，Sharepoint等）者尤佳。

‧ 具有Cisco Meraki防火牆技能和經驗者尤佳。 ‧ 良好的人際關係和溝通技巧。

‧ 能夠排定與確認任務的優先順序並能獨立作業。

[Qualifications]

• At least 3 years or above experiences on network administration, system administration.

• Familiar with network system and skills (firewall, switches, Wi-Fi AP, LAN, WAN, etc.).

• Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Windows platform (Windows server 2019, Window-10, MS-Office, etc.).

• IT certifications in network related fields, Microsoft system administration are a plus.

• With Microsoft O365 skills and experience (Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.) is a plus.

• With Cisco Meraki firewall skills and experience is a plus.

• Good inter-personal relationship and communication skills. • Ability to recognize and prioritize critical tasks and work independently.
