Responsibility

Help coordinate IR activities, participate in investor and analyst meetings, take meeting notes, and eventually take over some meetings.

Create/update and translate IR communication materials, including for earnings and IR website, and fulfill related ad hoc requests.

Closely monitor for relevant news and trends, prompt team if any major developments, and write weekly summaries to share with team.

Look for ways to improve IR efforts and materials, suggest to team, and help to elevate IR communications to build confidence and integrity.

Will accept job rotation within department when assigned to assist in time sensitive or large projects requiring additional support.

Strong communication skills and comfortable in working with different departments to seek information and/or to offer assistance.

Requirements

General photo editing and website programming skills.

Prior sell/buy-side research, consulting or industry experience to be prioritized.

Business management, marketing communications, accounting and finance disciplines.

Interview will be conducted entirely in English.

Priority-tasking, high stress resistance, team player but can work alone, strong organizational skills.
