As a Director/Manager of Investor Relations, you will work closely with the finance team and management team to build and manage a proactive and best-in-class investor relations function. In particular, the position will have a broad set of responsibilities involving all global investor relations including establishing relationships with top-tier, influential sell and buy-side analysts, creating IR-related compelling materials for investor presentation and calls, serving as point of contact of the investment community and conferences, continuously striving for perfection and proactive positioning of HTC to investors and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain effective and strategic best-in-class investor relations for HTC, in coordination with CEO, CFO, the management team and the finance team to ensure the business strategy is understood by the investor community and analysts.

2. Provide appropriate support around ongoing investor communications, including numerous investor conferences, calls and meetings. Use clear and compelling communication to help investors see the potential value of HTC, which can have a direct impact on the company’s share price.

3. Partner with key stakeholders across the global organization to develop a comprehensive understanding of key drivers of financial performance, company strategies, and competitive strengths. This includes collaborating with the CEO, CFO, and other executives across the global organization.

4. Prepare IR-related materials, press releases, Q&A documents, quarterly and annual reports, and all other written communications that are shared with the investor community.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 8 years of experience within a large, complex public organization with an international investor relations function.

2. Excellent written communication skills as well as strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

3. Strong presentation skills and demonstrated effective teamwork across departments.

4. Ability to provide recommendations to the executive leadership team and Board of Directors.

5. Possess a strong network of investment community relationships, including investors, analysts, rating agencies, and financial media.
