【Responsibilities】

• Product line strategy development on Industrial Communication Product(Focus on Ethernet Switch and Media converter)
• Coordinate related divisions and resources to meet the business goals
• Cooperate with overseas sales divisions to promote communication products
• Plan global marketing campaigns for focused communication product and vertical markets
• Manage departmental resources, staffing and mentoring and enhance and maintain a best-in-class product team

【Qualification】

• 10+ years of Product planning and Business development experience on Ethernet Switch
• Familiar with technology on Ethernet Switch
• Good at communication and coordination, excellent inter-departmental coordination ability.
• 3+ years of management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Information management, Electronic engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Master’s degree in Information management, Electronic engineering, Computer Science or related field
• Excellent judgment, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Robust project planning/execution skills including estimating, scheduling and executing on committed schedules
