Taiwan based IC Design house of Logic IC, MCU and Interface IC

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing teams and drive assigned products (EC, TPM & BMC, Interface IC, Mixed-mode IC) with customer focus and profitable growth mindset. In addition to marketing plans, required to collaborate with RD, FAE, Sales & production planning team on business targets & revenue executions.
• Drive product portfolio, revenue target and business plan management at Compute segment, including PC and Cloud applications
• Develop business strategy and marketing activities, including product trends, product planning & go-to-market plans
• Lead marketing team to coordinate product life cycle from development to execution phase.

Experience

• 10+ -years business development or marketing experience in Compute application and ecosystem, including PC & Server ODMs, OEMs & enablers
• Excellent is communication skill and interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate with team members, regular presentations and travels are required
• Technical backgrounds would be a plus to better understand Compute systems and customer needs, especially at PC & Server ecosystem
• Be able to lead marketing team with growth mindset and customer focus culture, preferred people management background
  

Education

Bachelor degree with Engineering major with MBA is a big plus.
