Our client is looking for a HR Project Manager to drive ESG topic and change management.

Description

• Benchmark and research analysis on social aspect of company ESG report. This involves reviewing company documents such as sustainability reports, annual reports, as well as other corporate and third-party publications.
• Content management, tracking input from different functions in HR and edit as part of ESG reports.
• Responsible for developing the strategies, as a project owner to partner closely with HR key stakeholders to drive the company’s ESG objectives in HR domain.
• Initiate, support and work on activities which reinforce diversity and inclusion in the workplace
• Develop metrics for measuring the effectiveness of corporate diversity and inclusion initiatives

Profile

• Ability to work quickly and effectively in a team environment under tight deadlines.
• Experience in writing corporate ESG reports is a big plus
• Proven track record of project management
• Fluent in English both in speaking and written
• Attention to detail and willingness to be agile and flexible
• Passionate on driving the culture of Diversity, Inclusion and belonging. Prior related HR experience in supporting diversity and inclusion programs
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player is a must
