Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR solutions, covering from performance management, employee engagement and talent management
  • Lead ER cases for standard cases and provide employee support to factory director and business leaders as required for complex cases
  • Strengthen the alignment between Regional and site HR to support global performance management program and localize the HR projects, such as Talent Management , performance management, and benefit projects
  • Establish and improve HR policies and practices to ensure compliance with local labor law

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive work experience in Human Resources
  • Familiar with Taiwan labor related laws and regulations
  • Self-driven, responsible, respect diversity and multicultural organization
  • Hands on and flexible mindset, customer service skill set, likes active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication is preferred
  • Excellent influencing, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Prefer to locate to Central and Southern Taiwan
