Are you ready to take on a leadership role in a forward-thinking international school? International School Services (ISS) is thrilled to collaborate with HCAS in the quest for a new Head of School, starting in August 2024.

As the Head of School, you have the unique opportunity to lead HCAS into the future. We are seeking an inspiring leader with a proven track record of success and a visionary mindset to drive HCAS’s evolution. The ideal candidate will not just be a good fit but will bring strong IQ, AQ, CQ, and EQ to realize the vision of recreating the Western private school education environment in Taiwan, positioning HCAS as a world-class international institution.

• Proven success in senior leadership roles.

• Strong intellectual, adaptability, cultural, and emotional intelligence.
• Passion for creating a world-class international institution.
• Vast experience in American progressive education models and curriculum.
• Experience with the Dalton Plan is a significant plus.
