Our Retail Department at the Taiwan Headquarter in New Taipei Taiwan is looking immediately for a highly motivated

Head of Retail

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

Leverage the mastery to escalate up Retail fundamental for driving up store / Retail staff head count productivity and optimizing retail operational cost, SR1 & 2. While, execute with excellence to comply with corporate focus, key bet product selling, SA recruitment and enabling. RV (LFL growth) target delivery is also a must.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Retail business building:

• RV (LFL growth) target delivery.
• Own mastery of Retail KPI management and boosting up.
• High passion on retail execution with excellence.
• Accurate business forecast and delivery.

Retail capability building:

• Recruit & retain retail talent for building Retail Talent bench.
• Enable Retail District Manager / Unit Manager for retail business delivery, SA (retail staff) management and TTT (Train the Trainer) realization.
• Standardize SA selling process, skill and FAB.
• Upgrade shopping environment for driving up consumer SOE (Surprise of Experience).

Your ideal profile:

• Bachelor degree or above
• +15 years experience on Retail management
• Leadership with strong influence power and passion for winning
• Retail / Apparel industry experience is a plus
