My client is a leading logistics company specializing in supply chain management solutions. With a strong presence in Taiwan, they provide comprehensive services including warehousing, distribution, transportation, and value-added solutions to a diverse range of industries. Known for their expertise in optimizing supply chains, it delivers efficient and reliable solutions to meet their clients’ logistical needs.

Job Description

  • Foster a positive work environment, enhance employee satisfaction, promote diversity and inclusion, manage relations, address concerns, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee end-to-end talent acquisition, workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and talent management, including partnerships, effective recruitment strategies, performance management, succession planning, and career development programs.
  • Oversee learning programs, identify training needs, coordinate programs, utilize internal and external resources, align with business objectives, and promote employee growth.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and practices in compliance with regulations, manage documentation, ensure accurate payroll, and implement efficient HR systems and processes.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, provide insights to senior management, support decision-making, facilitate workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement.
The Successful Applicant

  • Possess 15+ years of extensive experience in Full Function/HRBP roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage HR functions within organizations with a headcount exceeding 500 employees.
  • Proficient in working with corporate internal systems, particularly HR Information Systems (HRIS).
  • Proven experience in managing HR communication and project management within multinational settings.
  • Strong leadership background, ideally having led teams consisting of six or more individuals.
  • Preferred experience in strategic planning for talent acquisition, particularly in the blue-collar industry.
  • Excellent command of Business English, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
