Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in silicon development (e.g., physical design, design verification, RTL design, DFT, foundry process node methodology).
  
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing a team related to silicon development.
• Experience in physical design flows and methodologies.
• Experience in setting advanced technology nodes flow.
• Experience in the extraction of design parameters, Quality of Results (QoR) metrics, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards/reports.
• Experience in ASIC vendor management and IP integration (e.g., memories, FLASH, Analog IP).
• Experience in software development in Python or another scripting language (e.g., Perl).

You develop from the lowest levels of circuit design to large system design and see those systems all the way through to high volume manufacturing. Responsibilities

• Work with the Mountain View and Bangalore teams to develop new flows, tools, and features.
• Support execution of the tools and flows currently used in the design process.
• Develop design methodologies, automation scripts and write documentation.
• Perform technical evaluations of vendors, process nodes, and IP, and provide recommendations.
• Develop CI/CD regression system to ensure flow delivery quality.
