- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in silicon development (e.g., physical design, design verification, RTL design, DFT, foundry process node methodology).
- 5 years of experience managing a team related to silicon development.
- Experience in physical design flows and methodologies.
- Experience in setting advanced technology nodes flow.
- Experience in the extraction of design parameters, Quality of Results (QoR) metrics, analyzing trends, and creating dashboards/reports.
- Experience in ASIC vendor management and IP integration (e.g., memories, FLASH, Analog IP).
- Experience in software development in Python or another scripting language (e.g., Perl).

Responsibilities
- Work with the Mountain View and Bangalore teams to develop new flows, tools, and features.
- Support execution of the tools and flows currently used in the design process.
- Develop design methodologies, automation scripts and write documentation.
- Perform technical evaluations of vendors, process nodes, and IP, and provide recommendations.
- Develop CI/CD regression system to ensure flow delivery quality.
