Job Description

• Conceptualize, develop and implement flagship programs to create social and community impact as well as deliver concrete and measurable value to the community at lar ge in TW and work with SG on doing the same regionally, specially in the areas of the environment, education and supporting the elderly
• Work with external partners in TW to execute the initiatives, including an end-to-end program development and execution Work with the broader cross-functional team to develop and execute an integrated plans to communicate both externally and internally
• Work closely with the People of Purpose team to integrate volunteering into these flagship community initiatives
• Partner with colleagues in SG to drive collective impact of these flagship community initiatives regionally, through centralized outcome/KPIs of the various locally executed programs
• Follow a data-driven approach to track progress of these initiatives and course correct as necessary

Requirement

• Strong communication skills both in Chinese and English
• Excellent office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint
• Relevant experience in banking or marketing or advertising or media agency or digital media areas
• Preferable experience of 3+ years
