We are looking for GPU Application Engineer – Notebook in NVIDIA Taipei office.

The GPU Application Engineering team is searching for GPU Application Engineer to engage for partner development in Notebook with NVIDIA solutions. You’ll find the work is exciting, fun, and meaningful challenges to work for NVIDIA leading solutions into Notebook partners platform

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and implement GPU design in NB product and provide technical support during development, testing and production.

• Coordinate with multiple engineer teams to perform design on OEM NB product in design cycle.
• Collaborate with OEM/ODM multi-functional teams such as hardware, power, thermal, software and program management.
• Provide technical support and training to OEM/ODM NB partners
• Evaluate new software and hardware in NB with GPU designs during project deployment to validate/ensure product quality and performance meet the benchmark.
• Work with customers for issues analysis and root cause
• Drive with customers design quality
• Oversea travel will be required if needed
  

What We Need To See

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or a related degree field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in NB hardware or circuit design
• Analytical thinking with good problem-solving abilities.
• Extensive Knowledge of NB hardware, power, thermal and electrical systems.
• Ability of signal measurement and scope operations
• Good knowledge of X86 System Architecture
• Familiar with Linux would be advantageous
• Strong communications skills
• Innovative, results-oriented problem solver
