Job Description

Strategic and Operational Management

• Strategic and Operational oversight of the Group’s manufacturing teams, including purchasing, production management, process engineering, RMA, quality assurance.
• Manage the budget of the Taiwan Branch and provide analytics and insight to drive and track cost optimization and enhance productivity in line with corporate objectives.
  
  

General Management

• Support business growth by understanding the corporate business objectives and ensure a top-down implementation across the local teams. Ensure these cascading and aligned team objectives are clearly set, reviewed, and achieved.
• Manage the overall company operations within Taiwan, overseeing staff, operating budgets whilst remaining customer focused.
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Highly fluent in English and Taiwanese/Mandarin.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product, operational and delivery management within the industrial computers (IPC) industry.
• A professional with a technically relevant background who also is a seasoned global manager.
• Experience at a general manager level in an Asian organisation but with a demonstrable willingness to adopt a hands-on style within a global SME environment.
• Experience working semi-permanently in other countries outside of Asia.
